Once your return shipment has been received by Society Club, your exchange will be shipped within 10 business days*.
- When Society Club receives your return, your refund will be processed.
- Processing time is approximately 10 business days.
- You will receive an email with NEW TRACKING details once your exchange has shipped.
- Please consult the NEW TRACKING details for the expected delivery date.

- If items are unavailable (out of stock), you will be informed.
- Any price differences will be resolved by sending the customer a payment request or initiating a refund for the price difference.

Once you have received an email confirming your order, it is no longer possible to modify your order or address details. We work with an automated order processing partner. To ensure fast delivery, orders are prepared almost instantly.

If the tracking details indicate that the package has been delivered, we suggest asking your household members and/or visiting your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If not, please contact our customer service. We will open an investigation with the carrier**.

If the details have not been updated in a few days (5-10), or if an error is displayed, please contact the relevant shipping company. Our customer service can also launch an investigation with the carrier.

If the details show that the package is being returned to our distribution partner, we advise you to contact our customer service. We commit to investigating the reason for the return and will resend the item to you.

If the contact details are filled out incorrectly by the customer, we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or lost by the shipping company.
